Hmm... I've scoured the report. Everything is exactly the same. Nothing has been added or aged off. I haven't disputed anything, either.

Actually, another point that lead me to this conclusion is that my score went up by about 15 points when I started carrying the balance. I originally attributed that rise to aging of positive accounts. But, now that I've paid off and it's gone right down, this group scoring idea is the only conclusion I can come to.

At this stage, I just want the points back. If I'd known paying off would drop the score, I would have left the money in my MMA to collect what little interest is available.
