Hockeypop,

What type of suggestions do you have for investing in yourself? Do you mean physically going places or simply reading and absorbing all there is to absorb? I am focused on finance, although I have not decided what part. I enjoy the academic side of finance currently and I think I would also really enjoy working with people to establish what is good for them, a CFP, rather than a broker on commission or an analyst.

I guess what I am trying to ask is what I can do to better myself in this area. I read as much as I can and am currently interning this summar at an investment firm on top of taking as many classes as I can handle. And of course, learning from all of you that have been at this longer than I.
