Hokum,The thought of importing refined products into the U.S. is a little distressing to me.I was talking to a friend about my book idea "Terrorism for fun and Profit" when I told him of a vulnerablity I came across in the 1990's where a person could destroy refinery row in South East Houston fairly easily. While I suspect that the vulnerablity is cleared, if a storm season like 2005 (Katrina + Rita) were to develope, the entire infrastructure of the refining community from Victoria Texas to New Orleans could be disrupted for a month or two.For shipping I don't even know a little, but a wild guess is that there would be a really big spike in demand for refined products shipping in that situation.CheersQazulight
