No question Claire Danes is terrific. Pretty much on acting, they all are.

Kind of weird with the alternate reality being so close to yet NOT our current reality (Israel has not yet bombed Iran, if they are ever going to, in our reality).

The "24" type coincidences can be really annoying. Not only does Brody get swept into the "Abu Nazir death watch" meeting at the last minute, but there's no cellphone cone of silence there (assuming such can be technologically done), the warning gets read at the last possible moment, and while there is actually enough time for our sharpshooter to get the kill shot off on the big bad, they only get the lesser bads.

I still have problems with the idea of Brody's conversion (traitor and Islam) being so deep-rooted and his inability to snap out of it despite his having snapped out of it before and not blowing up the bunker. Glad to see "Lauder" echoing Carrie and at least questioning how come Walker "blew" the shot.

So, is Saul about to be killed before he gets to reveal the truth about Brody? If not, what keeps him from doing so, and if he does get the info to Estes what then?

Annoying as it can be, hasn't quite insulted me as later "days" in "24" did, and still holding my interest.
