For those who have devoted considerable study time on eschatology and have formed a clear view on how "The Second Coming" will actually play out, i have a question.

How has (does) your study of the end times and your view of how/when Christ will return affect the way or how much you glorify God in your life?

For example, i have done very little studying on eschatology, and i don't have a firmly set pre-millenial, post-millenial, amillenial, or any other kind of view on "the second coming." My general philosophy is that life as we know it might end tomorrow, or it might not end until long after i'm gone. So my goal is to focus my life on God and constantly search out how He can best be glorified in my life. I am unable to see how a clearly defined view of the end times would change my life.

Can you elaborate on how your eschatological views affect your life?
