Honeywell Declares Quarterly Dividend

MORRIS TOWNSHIP, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 29, 2004--The Board of Directors of Honeywell (NYSE: HON) has declared a regular quarterly dividend of $0.1875 per share on the company's outstanding common stock. The dividend is payable on December 10, 2004 to shareowners of record at the close of business on November 19, 2004.

Honeywell is a $23 billion diversified technology and manufacturing leader, serving customers worldwide with aerospace products and services; control technologies for buildings, homes and industry; turbochargers; automotive products; and specialty materials. Based in Morris Township, N.J., Honeywell's shares are traded on the New York, London, Chicago and Pacific Stock Exchanges.
