House Bill 5 passed on the 1st of March with a vote of 422 to 0. This Bill is "Freedom To Work Act". This bill is going to the Senate next week. The basic point is persons over 65 to get their Social security payment with out the "Earnings Test". In sum. if you are over 65 you will not be penalized if you are still working. You need to contact your Senators to support this vital bill. My Senator indicates that he anticipats his support when the bill gets to the Senate. Your action would be appreciated.
