Did you guys see the 60 minutes report on mortgage meltdown? It gives a summary of what happened in Stockton,CA. Stockton is a place where folks who got priced out of SF Bay Area went to buy houses and got burned in the biggest bubble ever in the US history. But you have to think that some of the people who got those loans knew what they were getting into. But some were just a victim of predatory lending. Anyhow there is a lot to be said about both side of the story, we will be talking about it for some time to come...
