I hope this is the right board for this. I, actually my boyfriend, is having a huge problem with the Household Automotive people, who hold his car loan. Although his payment is a month behind, he has been in contact with them and is trying to set up payments so that they can get his money. However, instead of saying, "sure we would love to take your money" they are being very difficult in accepting it. Which sounds rather odd. He also asked if they would be willing to finance with a co-signer. (he is currently the only one on the loan). The said that they don't re-finance. Sounds kind of odd, seeing as how it clearly states on their website that they do.
I am just wondering if either a) anyone has heard of these people or b) can offer any suggestions.
