How about fig liqueur?

http://www.guntheranderson.com/liqueurs/figordat.htm
(Haven't tried this but it seems to be right in line with the recipe I use for fruit liqueur, though I don't use sugar syrup)

They make a fig liqueur in (I think) Naples; I had some after an Italian dinner at a tiny little local restaurant - it was wonderful. Complex, rich in taste... I was surprised to learn that it was made with figs. Can I find a recipe for it? Nope.

Try the recipe in the link - and then let the liqueur sit for a year or two.
