How about when a sports caster states the obvious.

For example...

"...and Smith runs the football into the end zone for a touch down..."

We know he took the football with him, why not just tell us he scored.

or

"...Touchdown! They win the football game."

Duhhh! We know what game they're playing, we've been watching it for the past three hours.

These seem to be two things I hear pretty offten on TV.
