My employer is moving the management of my 401K to CIGNA in December. I assume that means I have to pick from their menu of funds. Has anyone out there has experience with CIGNA? How have they treated you?Their brochure touts their AnswerLine and AnswerNet as great features for allowing me to monitor and manage my 401K. The AnswerNet is a secured web server I can access from home. They also claim they will issue statments is a timely manner (right now it takes over 2 months to get a statement).
