How many of you out there swing custom-made clubs? If you do, to what degree are they customized (length, loft, lie, grip, swing speed, etc.)? Did you have the opportunity to try several different shafts, and what did you think of the club fitting process? Finally, what type of clubs do you have? Thanks for your thoughts.

Keep in mind that plenty of "brand name" companies offer custom-fitting which leads to custom-made for your body fit and swing fit. Shaft flex, shaft length, swing weight, lie angle, grip size are all normal areas addressed. Ping, Callaway, etc... offer these options. The best place to be fit is of course out on the range where ball flight, divot shape, etc... can be measured and adjusted until you have the closest possible match in your hands.

I have Callaway woods and irons - all fit to my needs (length, flex, lie, grip size, swing weight) and a Ping putter fit to my size and needs.
