ThinkSecret has an interesting article analyzing how the PowerSchool acquisition and meltdown happened. It is quite a departure from their usual speculation on the latest and greatest. If this is what the rumor sites do when their sources dry up, Steve may want to ease up on the leakers. It's a good article.
