Ok, I've been watching for a while and a recent discussion of CAT peaked my interest. I've been with CAT for about 3 years and have greatly profited from it's stock rise (though not enough to retire at 32 sadly) that I've been investing with my 401K. My question is this:

Currently I've got about 60% of my 401K in CAT stock and 40% in a low expense rate index fund (russell3000). Does BMW analysis of CAT (see http://invest.kleinnet.com/bmw1/stats40/index.html) with an RMS of 2.2 indicate that I should reduce my position and move it to the index fund?

In some posts, BMW looks at the comparison between various stocks and T bills (notes, whatever). In my case I'm trying to evaluate the (potential) benefits of my limited 401K investment options. Any suggestions (not to be taken as "investment advice", I promise)?
