How'd you do this week? My sense is that you're far enough uptown so that you didn't lose power, as we did down where I am. Yes, I didn't lose power or have any flooding, etc. The biggest inconvenience was loss of the internet for 8 hours or so and then later on, loss of cable for 12 hours. (Still can't get non-broadcast stations but Time-Warner is supposedly working on.)Biggest stress event was that darn "dangling crane" as it is only a couple of blocks away. They finally "firmly secured" it yesterday. The office was without power until yesterday also but as I generally work from home 3 days a week, I just worked from home all week. (Lots of work as several of the other lawyers either had no power or had school-aged children home and weren't able to work.)Glad your power's back on. I can see how it would be an "adventure" but only for a short period of time. (I lose power very often at my house in PA but generally it goes back on rather quickly.)Christina
