UMCOR is 100% efficient. This looks a little like a game of Three Card Monte to this old cynic.It's only 100% efficient because they pay the administration cost with a different pile of charitable contributions. So does that make the other pile 100% inefficient?I don't mean to criticise UMCOR because I have no idea what the real administration costs amount to. Their claim to being efficient is a bit misleading IMO.B
