I've got lines across my picture. They're fast waves/ripples, just a bit clockwise of horizontal, and give the illusion that they roll up and down at varying speeds. If memory serves, they are like what you'd get in an old-time, antenna-in-the-back, weak-reception condition. And they come and go; how pesky.

All picture comes into the TV via one HDMI cable from the Denon 2807. No lines with PlayStation as a source, or with upconvert-DVD as a source; only when the DirecTV tuner's signal is pumping through.

The lines are on all types of channels; standard def, HD, locals & nationals. I get local digitals (SD & HD) from a digital antenna in the attic and everything else off the reflector. Besided the Denon, I've got a 3-year old KV-30S420 (HD tube!) and the H20 from DirecTV.

Is the tuner gouing south? Are there sunspots? Mecury rising? DirecTV's transmission power on a wah-wah pedal? Anyone else ever see or diagnose this sort of pattern?
