I to am a employee and have been for 5 years and for those 5 years I have shook my head at how this company is run. If it wasnt for the cash sales this company wouldnt last.It seems that once you reach District Manager you get a case of stupid. We open offices in Dec. almost a month before the IRS accepts returns and but this suppose to help speed the process for the client. Yet they donot understand that their return cannot be done until Jan 14 or so and that they have to come back with their W-2s. Any fast track done with a paycheck stub usually has to be amended later because they have forgotten about a job they had. Then they open new offices but dont have the people to work there. I have reached the point where I deal with my clients and try to ignore every thing else, because it just dont make any sense. Well I guess I have unloaded enough for now. But i would be careful buying stock no matter what the price is.
