Although CWH was one of my poorer choices, as I stated in the previous email, one of my better choices was HT-A preferred. I bought it back in the doom and gloom of the credit crisis in October 2008 for $6.03 per share. Hersha has consistently paid me an uninterrupted 8% coupon for the past 5 years (actual 33% dividend yield if I've done the math correctly) and now they will redeem the shares at $25 on March 28th. They are issuing new preferred shares at a 6 7/8% yield. If the shares show up on the pink sheets I'll post to the board. Everyone has their winners and losers. HT-A was a big winner for me and I'm sorry to see it go.regards,Gracepeace
