Small companies can take on sizeable swings for very little reason at all. A quick look at the volume over the last two days shows some large selling activity on both days. No idea who that was or why, but like Don says, Ebix is riding one heck of a wave and there is likely some profit taking.

Plus, as other companies start to turn the corner on the recession and begin to forecast improved growth potential, I can only imagine that there is less and less reason to pay such a high premium for Ebix.

I'm pretty happy with this pull back and may use it as my entry opportunity. I like what this company does and at first glace the moat seems to be sizeable as well.
