I agree that BEN had had its day in the sunshine and now the rain is falling. Just look at the stock. It hasn't just had a correction, as one earlier message stated. This is a broken stock technically. It has been crushed out of its long-term up-trend.

I know much more about TROW than this company, but I would agree that on-line trading will be the retail mutual fund industry's poison. Of course, mutual funds will continue to exist, but high-fee, underperforming companies like BEN are going to get clobbered in the long-run. At least TROW is famous for its low costs. When the small and mid-cap market rebounds, TROW will do well. I'm not sure about BEN. What do others think?
