I agree that you should check with an attorney but you should be prepared to find out that there are lots of legitimate agricultural uses that might not be the best neighbor.

If you can look for it with Google you can probably find stories about how people sometimes put in things like hog farms when there are agricultural zoning disputes.

Even if you get them to change how the land is being use it may not be for the better so be careful what you ask for.
