I agree the car must go. So he would have to take out a loan in order to buy one though. Thats the only way. As you have probably noticed we have NO money.

Lady, you make $90K a year with a $200K mortgage in New York. You have money, you just aren't making it behave.

Now, if the mileage overage is what is keeping you from turning in that car, minimize the damages NOW. Trade cars with your husband. He can add his insane mileage on the car you two own outright, and if you need a car, you can drive the leased car.
