I agree, way too complicated; and getting worse due to increased reporting requirement designed to reduce tax fraud and evasion.

I think we should all write our elected officials in Washington and tell them to simplify the tax code.

well, if the reason is to reduce fraud and evasion .. maybe it's a good thing.

i'm just saying' -- using TT for so many years, things have gotten too complicated for me to do my taxes without it
