I agree with galt67. I worked as a lab technician in a Cancer Research Lab. My job was to induce tumors in Hamsters with NNK, one of the most deadly carcinogens known to man. One exposure is enough to cause lung cancer. I spent the last 16 years of my life doing laboratory animal research. Oh, and by the way at the end of every one of the research projects every one of those little rodents had to be necropsied by you guest it...ME! Enough is enough. Not only was it tedious, repetitious, and boring but it was horrendously dangerous. I think I would almost rather gather nuts and berries from the woods than have to go back to that. Dealling with NUTTY, egotistical Veterinary Researchers is enough to make anyone want to retire early. I also want my FREEDOM and I saw the chance and took it. Sure I could have worked until I was 55 but at what price? I got a warm bed to sleep in, food to eat, and a computer and hookup to the internet! I'm set!
