I agree with Ken. I'd do a rollover to a Fidelity TIRA. Fidelity has many good fund choices, you can index or go for managed funds. You might want to look at FSMEX and FMISX, unless you're averse to chasing good returns. What's great about IRA's is that you can trade without having to worry about tax consequences. I also have a Vanguard account, but their trading restrictions seem a little too strict for me, but if you want to go with 1 or 2 indexed funds and just let the money sit, you'd probably be better off at Vanguard than Fidelity.Most 401K funds are high-cost, and you don't have much of a choice--get the money out of there!2old(Who has nothing to gain no matter what you do)
