I agree with the lack of sense of urgency among your other points. Actually, the premium services and other things you have mentioned are NOT Terry's ideas. These were announced almost two years ago. So, he has not done anything yet. However, 11/15 is supposed to be his big day laying out the new strategy for Yahoo. My hunch is that he is preparing the company for a potential sale in the near future.
