I am 32. Retiring early for my generation may very well mean retiring at age 75. What if medical advances in the next 20 years pushes average life expectancy into the 100's?I am 31, DH is 42. DH and I plan on retiring within 5-7 years. I think enhancing your life is a good idea, but I personally don't like living in a cubicle from 8-5. Nor do I like having only 2-3 weeks off a year. I'll take retirement any day. IMHO, work does not give me any flexibility- it just takes up my time.
