I am 69, and must start taking RMD's in 2015. Thus far, I have not touched my investments. This year, I plan to convert the remander of the stock in my SEP-IRA into my Roth and will pay the taxes, thus eliminating my need to sell any stocks for the RMD. Why? The stocks are good dividend payers and right now, I am reinvesting the divies. Donna (who will not adhere to the 3% or 4% rule...I will only start collecting the dividends in cash, if the need be)
