I am considering offering an additional (1%?) commission if the property sells within "X" days (60?) as an incentive.If that would be useful, in order to get the attention of buyers' agents, then your agent will suggest it. I don't think you need to bring it up. You can ask your Realtor about what fee structure is typical in your area (although she'll probably volunteer that), and if there are any variations up or down that might be appropriate for your situation (if she doesn't bring it up herself).Relax, listen, take notes, sleep on it. You will have other meetings, so you don't have to hammer out every detail in the first one.
