I am dipping my toe in the water with NFLX.

Although you can't get a realistic view of their future cash flow (or, for that matter, a realistic view of their future business model!), I think they are worth a small position based on the fact that:
1. they are the leader (first mover, whatever) in the category
2. they still have 24 million (presumably satisfied) subscribers
3. Their Q3 earnings actually beat expectations
4. It's a great service. If you tune out all the public mis-steps and the CNBC vultures, they still provide the best experience in the category, by a long shot.

Although that's not the kind of analysis that's probably welcome on the Value Hounds board, I thought I'd chime in with a non-value based perspective.
