I am in the same boat. Mine will give me no control over the investing of the funds. Earnings are based upon the earnings of a T-Bond yield each month. YUK!

With only tax deferral immediately, but getting hit should I leave, thats too much of a risk. Dont plan to retire from here anyway. Just no incentive as I see it.

Being a Foolish investor, I cannot see how I couldnt do better myself with even conservative investments. Does anyone see a benefit in all this scam that I have missed?
