I am interested in exploring various trust instruments, especially generation skipping and
charitable remainder trusts.

Perhaps there is someone out there in fooldom who would be kind enough to point me in the
right direction. If possible I am interested in a site that deals with these issues in plain
English; legalese is just too difficult for us average people to decipher.

You will find several lively discussions on these topics in Speakers Corner, TMF: Estate Planning & The Fool in late August 1999. I posted a lengthly one there on Generation Skipping Trusts.
You won't find much meaningful in print about Dynasty Trusts (skipping several generations), but some books in your local library will have a 1/2 chapter on it. Considering the protective advantages and tremendous savings in future Fed Estate Taxes you'd think the subject would be more popular. Ed
