I am not personally involved with the financial industry at all, so take my comments as the are.

Fourth I see a lot of opportunity within our organization in our particular market. We have had 3 of the top lenders leave to open their own shop, move to a smaller bank, want out of management. That leaves only 2 peopel in my general area that do this position for my bank and both of them are now considering a move to go independent and to take a more leadership role at a local bank.

It sounds like you see the openings at your bank as a great opportunity to step in to the void.
The other way of looking at that is a sign of something going wrong. If everyone at your bank is leaving there might be an underlieing reason. If it was such a great job, why is everyone jumping ship?

Best of luck
