I am now having a problem with IE5 on my Sony VAIO laptop. How can I delete IE5 and install something faster without messing up the whole system? Can I uninstall IE5 after installing, say, Netscape?I don't think it is possible/appropriate/wise to uninstall IE5. If I understand what you're encountering, you could install Netscape and then establish it as your default browser.Hope this helps...Ron
