I am sorry, I misspelled it. It was supposed to:

Is is very sqaioJsldjjkestilly.

Better?

You can spell it frobeztanny or dufrigitar or snubitonelly for all i care, but you can't change the fact that none of the words you make up have any meaning among the majority of English-speaking people. Their definition is necessarily arbitrary because YOU will have made up the definition and NO ONE else knows what it is or agrees to that definition. "Lotion" has a definition that is understood by nearly every English-speaking person on earth. Therefore that definition is not arbitrary. It is meaningful and useful and you can't argue out of that.
