I am sure that information is out there if you google it. Used to be driving 55mph on the highway saves gas. That is the speed every state (almost) went to after the 70's gas wars. Then they kept it because accidents went down. But 65-70mph is now the norm. I don't think there is any upside to any lower speeds in town. Normally can't go over 25-45mph.
