I am using Fidelity Floating Rate High Income Fund for my 1-3 year money. http://personalmro.fidelity.com/products/funds/mfl_frame.shtml?315916783This fund yields close to 3%, and the floating rate instruments in contains have rates that re-set frequently (typically in 6 months or less). Therefore, I don't think this fund will actually do better if interest rates rise.
