I appreciate all the comments made.Frankly, I think libraries should be free to deal with nuisances and nuiosance people in order to maintain a safe environment for people to visit. Otherwise you will wind up with nuisance people driving a lot of other people from the library.That goes double for health hazards like someone with a hacking cough. That's a health hazard, particularly at this time of the year.But for those who want to preserve the right of people to bring nuisances and health hazards into libraries, I will wish that you have a person with a hacking cough spraying his viruses all over you.Seattle Pioneer
