i bid $170K for a condo on an asking price of $170K. since it was tenant occupied, the closing was 10 weeks later. by then the property was valued at $175K.
another 10 weeks have gone by and its now valued at $185K. my agent told me, as did my friends that if i bid less than the asking, i would definitely not get the condo.
san diego is smoking hot!
