I bought RARE for a simple reason. My wife and I were eating at the local Bugaboo Creek one day when they were really busy. There was a mistake made in our order and the manager fixed the problem instantly with such aplomb that I came home and checked out the stock with the thought that if their people are all trained as well as that one person, that was a major positive. The numbers looked good and it has nearly doubled for me. Sometimes the numbers don't tell it all. Its low volume allows the price to move quite a bit and the sector is not well looked upon so there are more buying opportunities on the horizon. Go here, look through the training, job opportunities etc. it will give you a better idea of where management wants to go.http://www.rarehospitality.com/home.htm
