I can't provide any reason for the sudden jump either.

I have owned this stock for a while and it has done that several times before. It will be trending for a long time, up and down a few points and then all of a sudden it spikes up 3, 4 or 5 points, only to fall back after a day or so.

I wonder who is buying these spikes on such heavy volume?

Anybody have any ideas?
