I can't think of anyone in my life who hasn't landed a bag of lemons at some time. What you choose to do with them is up to you.


With regard to my hysteria about Amtrak, I have had two DVT's in the past 10 years and both of them were from sitting too long on either a car ride or train ride. My second DVT was almost three months ago.
The less time I spend on pokey trains the better I feel.
Will be moving in a few months and purchasing another car. Will be happy to be in control again and not at the mercy of a rail system that is bordering on ancient.
