I certainly appreciate all of the suggestions I have been getting. It has been a big help.

2old, I will sure take your advice on dollar cost averaging in bonds especially since my only choices are intermediate term bonds. And I will consider keeping my bond allocation low until I am about ten years out from retirement.

Chris, I will take note of how many shares I am getting for my money on the loaded funds. I hadn't considered this.

Nick, Thanks for the advice on the portfolio. I probably do need to at least send out an email to HR to ask about lower cost choices.
