I currently have a cash account with buy and hold.com and have been very pleased with this company. I am seriously considering using this same company to open up the new IRA with but am concerned since they just started offering IRAs and therefore do not yet have any actual experience with these types of accounts. Does any one have any thoughts or suggestions? Am I just being unnecessarily paranoid?

Perhaps, but remember that just because you're paranoid doesn't mean they aren't really following you.

I wouldn't worry about their IRA inexperience if they've been able to keep your taxable account straight. I have both types of accounts with one broker, and the statements and accounting systems are identical; it's only the title on the account that differs.
