I did a walk through Sams about 2 years ago and the prices seemed about the same. The main difference was selection. At the time, Costco had more organic selections as well as more foods we tend to buy.

I'll let you know what I find out. After posting, I remembered that Sam's was more limited on some of the things we typically buy. So I'll have to do another walk through before I make my decision.
