I did have income for 2007. But basically all extra money I have is from student loans.

Thanks everyone for all the input. I read somewhee that if I'm re-applying an early withdraw I have 60 days to do so. However, I was curious if I take the withdraw if it would basically deduct from contributions of that year. Sounds like AcmeFool says it won't. And my only option is just to do a custodian to custodian transfer. Thanks again.
