I did know that Apple sold their own iPhone 4 "bumper" cases, but I think there was only 1 type and it came in handful of colors. I guess they also sold some third-party cases, but I don't remember them

While I have not looked on the web, any time I have been in an Apple store they have at least 50 different cases in many varied colors and styles occupying one entire section of a wall; other sections include compatible plugs for cars, suction (and other) devices to hold an iPhone or iPod in place in a car, folios for iPads, earphones and earbuds (other than Apple mfr), Jamboxes in various sizes, hard drives from 3rd party manufacturers, clock radios that integrate with an iPod, and much more.

If they bother shipping this product around to their physical stores, I can think of no reason why they wouldn't also offer it on the web, especially considering that Apple stores aren't particularly convenient to about half the US population, or the vast majority of ex-US customers.
