I did the update from the "Attn. All Quicken Users" post.

I ran the online update w/o it hanging!

But I'd also look at backing up your data (another directory on the same hard drive is OK) and then doing a Validate (in Q2002 it's under the File menu, File Operations).

I did this and it found one error that was fixed. I was able to run the online update successfully.

I'll let y'all know if I have more problems.
